Materials:

  • Papad
  • Red chillies
  • Turmeric
  • Chaat masala
  • Cucumber
  • Onion tomato
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • Fine shave

Action:

  • To make masala papad, first of all, take a wide pan and heat oil in it to fry the papad. After that, when the oil heats up properly, add the papad and fry until crispy.
  • Take onion and tomato, cucumber in a bowl and mix well. After that add the mixed vegetables in a cotton cloth and remove the water from it.
  • Then once again take onion, tomato and cucumber in a bowl and add salt, red chilli, turmeric and chaat masala to taste and mix well.
  • Take the fried papad in a plate and spread finely chopped onion and tomato in it. After that add chaat masala on top and spread lemon juice.
  • Ready delicious crispy masala papad made in easy way.
  • Drain the water from the onion tomato to prevent the masala papad from getting soggy quickly. If masala papad is made in this method, the taste will be beautiful.
