Calm nature becomes the biggest strength
Gaurav Khanna’s journey in Bigg Boss house was full of ups and downs. The 43-year-old actor spent more than three months indoors. Initially he was called ‘very inactive’ or invisible by critics and other contestants. Many people accused him of not being active in sports, but Gaurav did not change his strategy.
Gradually, his calm nature and staying away from controversies became his biggest strength. He maintained his dignity amidst the noise and fights inside the house. His quick wit and his bond with Mridul took him ahead in the game during important tasks like Ticket to Finale. These qualities brought him out of the sideline and into the category of top contender.
Got the title of ‘Superstar of TV’
During the show, Gaurav faced pressure many times from contestants like Farhana, Tanya and Amaal. Despite this, he did not lose his composure and won the hearts of the audience with his maturity. He showed a steady game, erasing the label of ‘back-foot king’.
During the grand finale, host Salman Khan also praised Gaurav. Salman praised her respectful behavior and the change in her personality throughout the season. Salman addressed him as ‘Superstar of TV’. In the end, Gaurav’s patience and calm nature prevailed over the contestants who were more aggressive and loud. This restraint made him the winner of Bigg Boss 19.
