The couple held their celebration on Dec. 7 at an upscale convention center in Ho Chi Minh City, hosting more than 1,000 guests, among them Truong Gia Binh, chairman of the tech giant FPT, as well as a lineup of celebrities including singers Dam Vinh Hung, Toc Tien, Van Mai Huong, and transgender beauty queen Huong Giang.

For the receiving line and main ceremony, Tien wore a custom-made Jimmy Choo ball gown paired with Messika jewelry. The voluminous dress was crafted from layers of fine tulle and chiffon, tailored precisely to her measurements to highlight her figure. She completed the look with a soft veil and natural pink-toned makeup. The groom opted for a cream-colored suit from Stefano Ricci.

After the ceremony, the bride, the eldest daughter of Johnathan Hanh Nguyen and former actress Le Hong Thuy Tien, now president of IPP Group, changed into a form-fitting, strapless mermaid gown by Yara Shoemaker. The dress, valued in the tens of thousands of U.S. dollars, featured intricate 3D detailing and a cinched waist.

Earlier, during their engagement ceremony at the family residence, the couple wore coordinated aodai made of lotus silk woven by local artisans.

Tien Nguyen, 28, is the Vietnamese tycoon’s eldest daughter. She is known for her passion for luxury fashion.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in aviation management from the U.K. and now manages a fashion company that distributes luxury brands. She is often seen attending major fashion weeks in Paris and London to mingle with international celebrities.

Born in the 1980s, Cohen works in the advertising industry. The couple have been together for years but kept their relationship private. Cohen is acquainted with many celebrities and has been seen attending events with beauty queen Dang Thu Thao, actress Tang Thanh Ha, Linh Rin and Bang Di.
