Materials:
- Garlic
- Asafoetida
- salt
- Oil
- Pickle spice
- Turmeric
- Coriander powder
- Lemon juice
- Fenugreek
- Dry red chillies
- Mustard

Action:
- To make garlic pickle, first, peel the garlic. Do not use garlic with peel while making pickle.
- Take garlic cloves in a large bowl and add red chillies, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
- Heat oil for frying in a small pan. Add red chillies, fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and fry in hot oil. Then add garlic and mix well.
- Then add pickle masala to it and mix. Keep the prepared pickle to cool.
- Fill the cooled pickle in a glass jar. Use more oil while making pickle. This does not spoil the pickle quickly.
- Easy garlic pickle is ready.
