Materials:

  • Garlic
  • Asafoetida
  • salt
  • Oil
  • Pickle spice
  • Turmeric
  • Coriander powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Fenugreek
  • Dry red chillies
  • Mustard

Action:

  • To make garlic pickle, first, peel the garlic. Do not use garlic with peel while making pickle.
  • Take garlic cloves in a large bowl and add red chillies, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Heat oil for frying in a small pan. Add red chillies, fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and fry in hot oil. Then add garlic and mix well.
  • Then add pickle masala to it and mix. Keep the prepared pickle to cool.
  • Fill the cooled pickle in a glass jar. Use more oil while making pickle. This does not spoil the pickle quickly.
  • Easy garlic pickle is ready.
