RRB Group D New Exam Date: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued an important notice for candidates preparing for the Group D recruitment examination. A major change has been made to the schedule of the exams to be held in January 2026. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to conclude on January 16, but according to the revised schedule, these exams will now continue until February 10, 2026.

Admit Card and City Slip Information
You will be able to check your exam city and SC/ST travel pass 10 days before the exam date. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website exactly 4 days before their exam date.
Aadhaar Verification: Very Important Instructions
The Railways have made Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication mandatory for security and transparency. It is mandatory to carry the original Aadhaar card or a printout of the e-verified Aadhaar card to the exam center. If you have not yet completed Aadhaar verification, please log in to rrbapply.gov.in and complete it. Ensure that your Aadhaar is in the 'unlocked' status in the system to avoid any inconvenience during biometric verification.
Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in a ratio of three times the number of vacancies. This will be followed by Document Verification (DV) and a medical examination. This recruitment drive will fill positions such as Pointsman, Track Maintainer, and Assistants in various departments.
