As soon as a beneficiary gets treatment in a hospital or obtains medicine from a pharmacy under the scheme, complete details to the same will be immediately sent through SMS. This will give the beneficiaries clear information about when, where and for which service their card has been used.

Till now, many such complaints have come to light that some hospitals or pharmacies make wrong or unnecessary use of the RGHS card without the knowledge of the patient.
