- Grate the Amla on the thick side of the grater so that it is not too fine and it becomes easy to make into balls.
- Along with Amla, grate beetroot in the same plate and also grate a piece of ginger. Ginger can be chopped a little.
- Add the spices of fennel, cumin, black pepper to the prepared mixture of amla, beetroot and ginger and also add salt, chaat masala and thread sugar candy powder.
- Now mix everything well with hands. Beetroot will also give a wonderful red color to Amla and it will also enhance the nutrients.
- Dry this prepared mixture in strong sunlight or under a fan until it becomes crunchy. Keep turning it occasionally so that there is no moisture left at the bottom.
- In this way your Amla Mukhwas will be ready, which you can take half a spoon after eating. Store it in an airtight container.
