People who have BP problems must cover their ears. Because cold reaching the body through the ears can compress the nerves. Due to which the pressure in the blood vessels increases.

Always keep your ears covered in winter and massage the skin behind the ears with lukewarm oil at night. It helps in keeping the nervous system stable.
