Ingredients

Carrots – 500 grams Sugar – 250 grams Khoya – 200 grams Coconut flakes – 200 grams Handful of cashew nuts, almonds Cardamom powder

Easy way to make laddu

To make carrot laddu, first wash the carrots and cut them into 2-3 pieces. Now keep water in a cooker and add carrots and boil it. Carrots will melt in 2 whistles. Now take a pan and add ghee in it and fry the boiled carrots. When the carrots are roasted well, add sugar to it and fry again. Now add cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds and khoya and mix well. Leave the mixture to cool. Now apply ghee on the palm and give it the shape of laddu. Coat the laddus with coconut powder and stick cashew nuts and serve.
