Actually, due to weekly holiday i.e. weekend this month, banks will remain closed in all the states of the country. Apart from this, regional holidays have also been given in different states on the occasion of local festivals and birth anniversaries of great men, due to which the shutters of banks will remain down in selected states.

Due to weekly holidays, banks will remain completely closed on the dates given below in all the states of the country. Bank branches will not open in any part of the country during these days:

- 13 June 2026: Saturday (second Saturday of the month)

State wise list of festivals and regional holidays
Apart from weekends, banks are scheduled to remain closed on the following dates due to local festivals and special days in specific states:
- 15 June 2026 (Raja Sankranti/YMA Day): All banks of Odisha and Mizoram will remain closed on this day.
- 25 June 2026 (Muharram): Banks will remain closed in Andhra Pradesh (especially Vijayawada region).
- 26 June 2026 (Muharram/Ashura): There will be a bank holiday on this day in Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and many other states.
- 29 June 2026 (Sant Guru Kabir Jayanti): There will be a holiday in all the banks of Himachal Pradesh.
- 30 June 2026 (Remna Ni): There will be no functioning of banks in Mizoram on this day.
