Material
2 cups roasted peanuts
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chaat masala
Half teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
salt as per taste
juice of 1 lemon
a little apple
Pomegranate seeds for garnish
method of making
To make healthy masala peanut chaat, first take a big mixing bowl and add roasted peanuts in it. If you are using unsalted peanuts then add salt as per taste.
After this, add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander and mix everything well.
Now add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder to it.
After mixing all these things well, squeeze lemon juice in it and mix all the ingredients well once again. Lemon juice will add sourness to it.
Just before serving, add some sev, pomegranate seeds and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
