UP Police Constable Admit Card 2026: There is big news for the lakhs of youths aspiring to become constables in the Uttar Pradesh Police. The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the admit cards for the Constable Recruitment Examination 2026. Currently, only candidates scheduled to take the exam on June 8 can download their admit cards. The Board has announced that admit cards for the June 9 exam will be released on June 6, and those for the June 10 exam will be released on June 7.

To download the admit card from the official website, candidates must click on the 'Constable Recruitment Exam Admit Card' link available on the homepage. Afterward, they need to log in by entering their registration number and date of birth. Upon logging in, the admit card will appear on the screen, which can then be downloaded and printed.

Exam to be Held on June 8, 9, and 10
The written examination for UP Police Constable recruitment will be conducted on June 8, June 9, and June 10, 2026. The exam will be held in offline mode, and candidates will be required to mark their answers on OMR sheets. The Board has clarified that only blue or black ballpoint pens are to be used for filling out the OMR sheets.

Recruitment for Over 32,000 Posts
A total of 32,679 vacant posts in the Uttar Pradesh Police Department will be filled through this recruitment drive. These include posts in the Civil Police, PAC, Special Security Force (SSF), and Women's Battalion. More than 28 lakh candidates are expected to participate in the recruitment exam, making it one of the largest recruitment examinations in the state.

150 Questions, 300 Marks, and 2 Hours Duration
A total of 150 MCQs will be asked in the written examination. The entire question paper will carry 300 marks, and candidates will have 2 hours to complete it. Questions in the examination will cover subjects such as General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, Mental Aptitude, IQ, and Logical Reasoning.

**Strict action against those engaging in exam malpractice**
The recruitment board has implemented stringent rules to ensure the examination is fair and transparent. According to the board, if any 'solver' (impersonator) or member of a cheating racket is caught, their movable and immovable assets could be confiscated. Investigating officers will submit their reports directly to the District Magistrate of the concerned district for further action.

**Sharing questions on social media is also prohibited**
The board has warned candidates and the public that sharing, analyzing, or discussing exam question papers or specific questions on social media is strictly prohibited. This rule has been enforced to maintain the confidentiality of the examination and prevent any irregularities.

**Provision for 7 years imprisonment and fines amounting to lakhs of rupees**
According to recruitment board officials, strict action will be taken against those involved in exam malpractice under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. A first-time offense can lead to a maximum of 7 years in prison and a fine of up to ₹10 lakh. For a repeat offense, the penalty includes life imprisonment and a fine ranging from ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore.
