IRCTC’s new package for religious trips
New Delhi: IRCTC, the tourism arm of the Indian Railways, offers special tour packages for devotees from time to time. Recently, a new spiritual travel package has been launched, which will provide an opportunity to visit Vaishno Devi as well as many major Shaktipeeths and religious places. This package includes facilities like travel, accommodation and food, so passengers will not need to make any separate arrangements.
Tour dates and schedule
Religious tour from 24th to 30th June
This religious journey will start from 24th June and continue till 30th June. In this 6 night and 7 day journey, the devotees will be taken to visit the major power places of Himachal Pradesh and North India along with the darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi. It includes famous Shaktipeeths like Jwala Ji Temple, Shri Bajreshwari Devi Temple and Chamunda Devi Temple. Apart from this, travelers will also get a chance to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple in Amritsar.
Passenger facilities
For the convenience of the passengers, arrangements for accommodation in good hotels will be made in the package. Breakfast and dinner will also be part of this package. Transport will be arranged to take them to local sightseeing places and an experienced tour escort will also accompany the passengers during the journey, so that they do not face any kind of trouble.

The package price is determined according to the number and age of passengers. A passenger traveling solo will have to pay around Rs 71,600. If two people travel, the per person charge will be Rs 59,100, while for a group of three the per person cost is Rs 57,500.

Special rates have also been set for children. The package fee for children between 5 to 11 years is Rs 50,300, while for children between 2 to 4 years the amount is Rs 32,900.

Devotees who want to take advantage of this religious journey can reserve their seats by visiting the official website of IRCTC. Booking in this package with limited seats is being done on first come, first serve basis, hence interested passengers have been advised to apply early.
