SSC CHT Paper 2 Result OUT: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the results for the Combined Hindi Translator (CHT) Paper-2 examination 2025 on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now view their results. The result includes the names and roll numbers of candidates who have qualified for the next stage of the selection process.

According to the SSC, 1,722 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the PET (Physical Efficiency Test) and PST (Physical Standard Test) for the post of Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Only these candidates will proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process, while others will be excluded from the selection process for this post.

Minimum Qualifying Marks Set for Paper-2
The result for Paper-1 of the Combined Hindi Translator (CHT) examination 2025 was declared on November 4, 2025. A total of 3,642 successful candidates from that stage were eligible to appear for Paper-2. Subsequently, the Paper-2 examination was conducted on December 14, 2025, with eligible candidates participating.

The Commission has prescribed minimum qualifying marks for Paper-2: 30% for General category candidates, 25% for OBC and EWS categories, and 20% for all other categories. Additionally, candidates who opted for the CRPF during the application process have been shortlisted to appear for the PET/PST conducted by the CRPF for the post of Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator).

What are the rules for PwBD candidates? According to the Commission, the post of Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in the CRPF has not been deemed suitable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates. Consequently, PwBD candidates who had opted for this post and appeared for Paper-II have not been shortlisted for the PET/PST. The final results for the CRPF post and all other posts will be declared after the completion of the PET/PST process.

When will post preferences and marks be released?
The schedule for the PET/PST will be released on the Commission's website soon. Additionally, candidates will be asked to submit their post preferences (Option-cum-Preference) prior to the declaration of the final results. Candidates who fail to submit their preferences within the stipulated timeframe will not be considered for final selection. Marks for all candidates who appeared for the examination will be made available on the Commission's website after the final results are declared.
