- A Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/college is required.
- Physical Efficiency:

- Male candidates must run 7 km in 60 minutes.
- Female candidates must run 3.5 km in 35 minutes.
- Physical Standards:
- Height:
- Male candidates: 168 cm
- Female candidates: 152 cm
- Chest:
- Male candidates must have a chest measurement of 84 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.
- Weight:
- Female candidates must weigh at least 45 kg.

- A diploma in Computer Science or an O Level certificate from DOACC Society, along with a minimum typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour in Hindi, is mandatory.

| Personal Assistant (PA) |
- A Graduate Degree with Computer Science as a subject from a recognized university/college is required.
- Minimum typing speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on a computer is necessary.
- Candidates must meet the minimum speed of 100 wpm in English shorthand and 9000 key depressions per hour in English typing to qualify for bilingual allowance.
