Lucknow: The second day of the police recruitment examination in Uttar Pradesh's capital, Lucknow, proceeded smoothly and without incident. Long queues of candidates formed at 55 centers across the city from early morning. To ensure fairness and transparency in the examination process, extensive security measures were implemented. No reports of disorder or unpleasant incidents emerged from any of the centers.
As part of the security protocols at the examination centers, each candidate underwent thorough screening. Before entering, candidates had to pass through multiple security checks. Items such as belts, watches, coins, and all electronic devices were required to be deposited outside. A significant presence of police and security personnel was maintained around the examination centers.
What Items Were Checked?
The verification process for candidates was strictly enforced during the police recruitment examination. Candidates were only allowed entry into the examination hall after their Aadhaar cards and admission letters were matched. Security personnel meticulously checked each candidate's identity, ensuring that no suspicious individuals were permitted inside. This thorough process maintained the confidentiality and integrity of the examination.
Measures to Prevent Cheating
Preventing cheating was a top priority for the administration during the Lucknow police examinations. Continuous monitoring of all activities at the examination centers was conducted through CCTV cameras. Senior officials carried out surprise inspections of the centers to directly assess the arrangements. The administration successfully prevented any form of cheating or use of unfair means.
Conditions at the Centers
A large crowd of parents was observed outside the centers during the police constable examination. Despite the intense heat, many candidates arrived well ahead of the scheduled time. The administration made arrangements for drinking water and essential facilities. Throughout the day, officials remained vigilant to ensure the fair conduct of the Lucknow police examination.
