* The city slip will then appear, allowing you to download and save it.
**Subject-wise Exam Schedule**
The NTA will conduct the UGC-NET exam on June 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, and 30, 2026. The exam will be held in two shifts daily. The first shift will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second shift from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The subject-wise timetable is as follows:


**When Will Admit Cards Be Released?**
The NTA will release the admit cards four days before the exam date. Candidates must ensure they carry their admit card and a valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, or Passport) when appearing for the exam at the center. Entry to the exam center will not be permitted without the admit card and ID card.
