Father’s Day is fast approaching, and Emma Bridgewater has a range of mugs that make thoughtful gifts for the occasion. Featuring distinctive designs hand-painted by the brand’s artists, the collection is ideal if you’re struggling to decide what to buy for your dad. After all, who doesn’t appreciate a good mug for their morning coffee or afternoon tea? As an added bonus, it’s a gift that reminds him just how much he’s loved.

There are plenty of designs and sizes to choose from, but right now shoppers can save 15% when they buy any two 1/2 pint mugs. Each 1/2 pint mug holds 300ml, making them perfect for a generous cup of tea or a coffee that’s sure to give Dad a boost before work.

Among the designs available is the D.A.D Hellebore printfeaturing the word “Dad” surrounded by hearts. There’s also a Breakfast printdecorated with hand-painted fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon, making it a fitting choice to help Dad start the day right.

For fathers with a more laid-back style, there’s the ‘Cool Dad’ mugcomplete with a fun sunglasses design. The 1/2 pint mugs are priced at £26 each, meaning the current offer brings the cost of two mugs down to £44.20 instead of the usual RRP of £52. That’s a saving of £7.80, with each mug effectively costing £22.10.

Alternatively, selected Diddly Squat mugs are also included in the promotion, making them a great option for fans of Clarkson’s Farm. Inspired by Diddly Squat Farm, Jeremy Clarkson’s 1,000-acre patch in the Cotswolds, the collection focuses entirely on mugs – but these are far from ordinary. Each design features illustrations that capture snapshots of life on the farm.

According to the brand, the range celebrates the best of British farming with a touch of humour and, naturally, a good cup of tea. Each design pays tribute to a different aspect of farm life, from sturdy wellies by the door to a proud bull, a gentle cow and a trusty tractor. The illustrations sit against soft, neutral backgrounds and are painted in eye-catching colours including green, blue and red.

These mugs start from £28 each, but with the 15% discount, they cost just £23.80 apiece, meaning two can be purchased for £47.60.

Like all Emma Bridgewater pieces, the mugs are crafted from English earthenware and hand-painted, giving each one a slightly individual character, so no two are exactly alike. They are dishwasher safe, although the brand does not recommend using them in the microwave.

While they are pricier than an average mug, the hand-finished craftsmanship is part of what makes them special.
