Eligible people should get the benefits of public welfare schemes – District Magistrate

Siddharthnagar. Under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Shivsharanappa GN and in the presence of Chief Development Officer Balram Singh, a problem solving program of village Chaupal-village was completed in Gram Panchayat Navdih under development block Bhanwapur on Friday.

Under the Village Chaupal-Village Problem Solution Programme, information about various schemes was obtained from the villagers and reviewed. The District Magistrate received information from the villagers that they are getting information about the government schemes. Villagers told that they are getting benefits from government schemes. The District Magistrate said that today all the officers have come to your village, you should contact the concerned department officer about your problems and get them resolved. The District Magistrate directed the concerned officers that the eligible beneficiaries should get the benefits of all the schemes. Get Ayushman cards made for eligible people. Free treatment facility up to Rs 5 lakh is available with Ayushman card. Farmers should be paid compensation for crop damage under the Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme and the problems of Kisan Samman Nidhi should be resolved. He told the villagers present in the program that if anyone has any problem to pension, like not getting old age pension, widow pension or disabled pension, then they should inform immediately. Block level staff are present at the spot and resolution of the problems will be ensured. Apart from this, the District Magistrate, while appealing to join the self-help groups, said that the women will be given financial assistance and training by the government, so that they can become self-reliant. The District Magistrate said that the pension benefits should be given after getting the eligible beneficiaries verified. The District Magistrate, while giving instructions to all the officers, said that the benefits of all the schemes run by the Government of India/State Government should reach the eligible beneficiaries. In case of any violation of this, strict action will be taken against the person concerned. Get the applications for birth certificate, income, caste and residence certificate disposed of within the stipulated time. Provide benefits under disaster relief. Provide benefits of Farmer Accident Insurance Scheme. Farmers should get themselves registered as farmers so that they can avail the benefits of the schemes run by the government.
