New Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh has launched a scathing attack on PM Modi, calling him “shame proof”. Sanjay Singh said that just like sound proof and water proof, Prime Minister Modi has also now become “shame proof” and he does not feel ashamed of anything. Sanjay Singh alleged that there is pressure at the international level regarding the Epstein files, and due to this the Prime Minister is trying to save his so-called “friend” Adani. He claimed that this is why the Prime Minister has become “cowardly” to such an extent that he is not giving any strong statement against America even in the matter of the death of three Indians.
‘India’s silence against America’
Sanjay Singh said that “America killed three of our Indian citizens and attacked three ships, but Prime Minister Modi did not utter a single word against America on this.” He also alleged that neither any formal condolence was expressed by the government nor the name of America was taken in the statement of the Ministry of External Affairs. He said that this situation is worrying for a big democracy like India and the government is not taking the required tough stance on international issues. According to Sanjay Singh, “This is the condition of the world’s largest democracy.”
why are you so scared
Sanjay Singh asked in a questioning tone why the government is “afraid” of America and former US President Donald Trump. He also asked what was it about the so-called “Epstein file” that made the government appear to be under pressure. In this context, he also mentioned the famous case to American financial crimes, Jeffrey Epstein. The MP alleged that the Indian government was compromising on its foreign policy due to industrialist Gautam Adani being trapped in the US in an alleged bribery case. He asked, “Has the country’s self-respect been mortgaged to save one person?”
Sanjay Singh also claimed that recently there were alleged attacks on three Indian ships, but despite this there was no strong reaction against America from the Indian government and the Prime Minister. He also raised questions over America not being named in the Foreign Ministry’s statement. He also said that the US tried to justify these incidents by saying that the ships concerned were carrying oil from Iran, to which he questioned “what is the fault of the Indian ships in this.” Jai Singh also raised questions by comparing India with the movement of ships of other countries and asked why Indian ships were targeted when ships of other countries could pass through.
Sanjay Singh said that recently three Indian citizens died, including people like Aditya Sharma, Shivnand Chaurasia and Suresh. He alleged that despite this, Prime Minister Modi did not give any strong statement against America. He also claimed that in some cases Indian citizens were sent back in handcuffs, but there was no response from the government on that too. Sanjay Singh said that there was no response from the Prime Minister on the alleged statements made by former US President Trump about India and comments like calling India “hell”. Raising the question, the AAP MP said that despite the alleged comments made by Trump regarding the political future of the Prime Minister, the lack of any response raises many questions. He asked, “What is the pressure that the government is silent on these matters?”
You have no right to bring down the dignity of India
He also claimed that when the last rites of the dead were being performed in the country, at the same time former US President Donald Trump was giving congratulatory messages to the Prime Minister for his tenure, while during this time no strong protest was lodged on this issue from India’s side. Sanjay Singh further said that the government did not respond adequately to the incidents, which included alleged ill-treatment and deaths of Indian citizens. He also alleged that the government did not show the required strictness in protecting India’s dignity and self-respect at international forums. The AAP MP said India’s image as the Prime Minister of the “world’s largest democracy” was being weakened rather than strengthened. According to him, such a situation is worrying for the dignity of the country.
