New Delhi. A ‘Court of Inquiry’ has been ordered to find out the reasons for the crash of an Indian Air Force AN-32 aircraft while landing in Jorhat district of Assam on Saturday. An IAF (Indian Air Force) AN-32 aircraft crashed today while landing in Jorhat, the Air Force said in a post on social media platform X. A ‘Court of Inquiry’ is being constituted to find out the causes of the accident.
Earlier, a Defense Department spokesperson said that the plane crashed while landing in Jorhat district of Assam. The incident occurred when the aircraft was landing at the Air Force station in Roveria area. He said that senior Air Force officials have reached the spot and at present there is no information about any casualty in the accident.
