Make jaggery tea like this
To make tea, you first have to boil water. Put a cup of water in a vessel and keep it to boil. While the water is boiling, prepare the masala. For this, add basil leaves, black pepper, green cardamom and a piece of ginger in a mortar and pound it well. This masala will add warmth and great taste to the tea.
don’t make this mistake
When the water boils, it’s time to add all the ingredients into it. You have to add jaggery, tea leaves and crushed spices. Here people make the mistake of adding milk immediately and not allowing the jaggery to cook. Let the jaggery melt well and it is very important to let it boil.

Right time and way to pour milk
Adding cold milk causes the temperature of the tea to drop suddenly and the tea curdles. In such a situation, place the vessel on another gas and heat a cup of milk. You have to heat the milk till it boils, then add the milk to the tea. After adding hot milk it will start boiling immediately. After boiling for 2 minutes the tea can be filtered. If you want strong tea, you can boil it for 3 to 4 minutes. Even after boiling so much the tea will not curdle.
