Materials:

• paneer
• Green chillies
• Chaat masala
• lemon
• Thick curd
• Red chillies
• Onion
• Ginger garlic paste
• flour

Action:

• To make Crispy Paneer Tikka Kathi Rolls, first of all, add thick curd, red chillies, turmeric, salt to taste and red kashmiri masala in a bowl and mix well.
• Then add mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice, kasuri methi, chaat masala and mix well and then add paneer and keep it for some time.
• To make rolls, first of all, mix flour, wheat flour and salt to taste in a plate and mix it with water to make a thick dough.
• Then apply oil and keep it for 5 minutes. Roll small chapatis of Maida flour and fry on both sides.
• Heat oil or butter in a pan, add the seasoned paneer and crisp it well on both sides. Then add onion and capsicum and toast it in oil.
• Top the maida chapati with paneer tikka and roasted onion capsicum and top with green chutney. Then add chaat masala, lemon juice and make a roll on the pan and fry until crispy.
