Apart from films and brand endorsements Abhishek Bachchan has an another interesting source of income that might come as a surprise to many. While his tremendous acting chops and entrepreneurial ventures often grab headlines not many know about his real estate deal that pays him a hefty amount. Yes you heard that right! Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan rented out Juhu their property to SBI Abhishek Bachchan along with Bollywood megastar father Amitabh Bachchan rented out the ground floors of his two bungalows Vatsa and Ammu in Juhu Mumbai to the State Bank of India (SBI) for a staggering Rs 18.90 lakh per month. The lease agreement was registered on September 28 2021. Both bungalows are situated next to Jalsa where the Bachchan family currently resides. The property commands a monthly rent of Rs 18.9 lakh and includes a clause on 25 percent rental escalation every five years. The rent will be Rs 23.6 lakh after five years and Rs 29.5 lakh after 10 years as per the documents. Moreover a deposit of Rs 2.26 crore has already been paid to SBI which is equivalent to one years rent.
