LIC premium filling facility through WhatsApp
LIC has released a dedicated WhatsApp number – 8976862090 for customers. Registered policyholders on this number can be sent by writing “HI”, after which they will get an automatic response which will have options for various services. Through this, customers can know their policy details and pay the premium through UPI, Net Banking or Debit/Credit Card.

How to use this service?
- First save the number 8976862090 in your mobile.
- Open Whatsapp and send it by writing “HI” to this number.
- You will give LIC’s chatbot response and show the service option.
- Choose the option as per your need and enter the policy number.
- After this you can pay through UPI, net banking or card.
