Swami Prasad Maurya came to meet the family members after the brutal killing of Shailendra Maurya of Goda village in Mohammadpur Khala, Barabanki on Tuesday. He expressed condolences after meeting Shailendra Maurya’s family members. After this, while talking to reporters, he targeted the state government fiercely. He said that the state government has succumbed to criminals. There is Jungle Raj in the entire state.

He also accused the government of discrimination in giving justice. Also said, due to this, criminals have become fearless and are flouting law and order. He said that the police had already received information in the case of Shailendra Maurya. If the police had taken legal action, Shailendra would not have been killed.
