But have you ever tried a semolina app? Yes, they are very tasty to eat and get ready in no time. In such a situation, if you want to have a light breakfast in the morning then the semolina app is a good option. Not only the children but also the elders like this. Material for creating semolina app
- Semolina – 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped onion – 1-2
- Finely chopped tomatoes – 2
- Buttermilk – 2 cups
- Chopped green chillies – 3-4
- Chopped coriander – 2-3 tbsp
- Cumin- 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
- Baking Soda – 1 tbsp
- Oil requirement
- Salt – as per taste
Easy way to create a semolina app
- To make delicious soji app, first take soji in a vessel and add buttermilk and mix it.
- Now add a little water to it and make a semolina solution. However, keep in mind that the solution is not very thick or too thin.
- When the solution is ready, cover it and keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
- After the scheduled time, semolina will become soft. If you find the batter thick, you can dilute the batter by adding some water.
- After this, keep the batter aside. Meanwhile, finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies, green coriander and mix it well in the batter.
- Now add cumin and salt to this solution. After the solution is ready, add baking soda to it and mix it with the help of a spoon. However, do not beat the batter too much after adding soda.
- Now take a vessel to make Appi and put some oil in each mold and keep it to heat up. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add mustard seeds. After this, fill the semolina solution in it.
- After this, make the heat medium and fry the appi. Cook the app until light brown.
- After this, turn it over and make it light golden on the other side. App will cook well in 5-7 minutes.
- Now take out the prepared Appi in a plate.
- Similarly, make a semolina app with full batter. Now you can serve soji with chutney or chutney.
