You will need to make tomato gram flour veg omelette:
- Besan – 1 cup
- Tomatoes – 1 chopped in round shape
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Green Chilli – 2
- Coriander leaf – 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes – 1 grated
- Celery- half a teaspoon
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Frying oil or ghee
Tomato Besan Veg Omelet Recipe
- First, add gram flour, onion, green chillies, coriander seeds, crushed tomatoes, celery, red chili powder, salt according to taste and mix well in a large bowl.
- Add a cup of water to it and prepare a thick solution. Keep in mind that this solution is not too thin and not too thick so that it does not spread easily on the pan.
- Cover it well and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place a pan on the gas and add ghee or oil to it.
- When the oil is hot, add a split gram flour and spread it well. Do not make it too thick
- Now put two-three pieces of chopped tomatoes on it. Apply a little ghee all around so that it does not stick to the pan or pan.
- Cover it and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Now cook in the same way on the other side. Remove the lid and see if the batter has turned golden brown from both sides. Take it out in a plate
