  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Tomato Besan Veg Omelet Recipe

  • First, add gram flour, onion, green chillies, coriander seeds, crushed tomatoes, celery, red chili powder, salt according to taste and mix well in a large bowl.
  • Add a cup of water to it and prepare a thick solution. Keep in mind that this solution is not too thin and not too thick so that it does not spread easily on the pan.
  • Cover it well and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Place a pan on the gas and add ghee or oil to it.
  • When the oil is hot, add a split gram flour and spread it well. Do not make it too thick
  • Now put two-three pieces of chopped tomatoes on it. Apply a little ghee all around so that it does not stick to the pan or pan.
  • Cover it and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
