Pohe pakoras making materials

1 cup pohe, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 cup gram flour, oil, green chili finely chopped, chaat masala, salt as per taste, roasted peanuts

Method of making pohe pakoras:

Step 1: Prepare Pohe: First of all take poha in a large bowl and wash it thoroughly. After washing, filter all the water and keep it aside, so that the pohe becomes a little soft.

Step 2: Make a mixture of pakoras: Now mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly. Mix mashed potatoes with washed poha. Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, roasted peanuts, chaat masala and salt as per taste. Now add gram flour to it and mix well. Keep in mind that gram flour solution is so thick that pakoras can be easily formed. Your pakoras mixture is ready!

Step 3: Fry pakoras: Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan is hot, add oil to fry it. When the oil is hot, make small round shaped pakoras from the mixture and add them to hot oil. Lightly reduce the flame of gas so that the pakoras cook well and become crispy. When the pakoras turn golden brown, take them out of the oil and take them out in a plate.
