Make green greenery in winter, make a very easy recipe

As soon as the winter season arrives, the mind is tempted to see green vegetables in the market. At the same time, hunger also seems more in this season. In such a situation, the mind of food enthusiasts starts finding new dishes and making them and eating them. There are many nutrients present in green vegetables. By which our body gets health benefits in many ways. Due to which we must consume green vegetables in some form or the other.

Material

  • Spinach – grounded
  • Green coriander – chopped
  • Garlic – finely chopped
  • Ginger – Finely chopped
  • Green chili – finely chopped
  • Curd – A bowl
  • Oil – two spoons
  • Small Potatoes – 7 to 8
  • Turmeric Powder – Half Spoon
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Red chili powder – half teaspoon
  • Whole spices
  • Cumin – one spoon
  • Onion – A bowl
  • Fresh Cream – A Spoon
  • Kasuri Methi – For Garnish

Recipe

  • First of all, you have to add boiled spinach, coriander, green chillies, garlic, chopped ginger and curd in a bowl and make a paste in the mixer.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan and add small potatoes boiled and fry it till it becomes golden.
  • After this, add turmeric and red chili powder and stir well.
  • Take out these potatoes in a vessel and put oil in the pan again.
  • Now add cumin, bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon to the oil and stir.
  • Also add chopped onion and fry till it turns brown for 2-3 minutes.
  • After roasting onion, add spinach and coriander paste and mix well.
  • Add fried baby potato over the top and shake once.
  • Now add fresh cream and kasoori fenugreek and mix it
  • Your greens are ready as potatoes.
  • Put fresh cream over them and serve hot.
