

Mumbai : State Bank of India, the largest bank in the public sector, i.e. SBI has taken a big step for its employees on Monday. SBI has said on Monday that it will train all its 2.36 lakh employees to help them increase their financial understanding.
Also, the bank can also organize a yoga session through video conferencing 2 times a week. This information has been given in SBI’s official statement.
According to a statement by SBI, SBI has contracted with FPSB India to connect the certified financial planner certificate along with the training program of its employees. In this regard, an MoU has been signed on an MoU between the two institutions. The objective of this initiative is to increase skill development and financial understanding of 2.36 lakh employees.
Apart from this, emphasis will also be laid on increasing customer support skills keeping in mind the overseas Indians and highly rich people under training. For SBI’s cash management, country chief Sandeep Sharma said that this partnership reflects SBI’s commitment to include globally recognized standard in its learning eco system. He said that this alliance will help in preparing the workforce for the future.

Krishna Mishra, Chief Executive of FPSB India, described it as a historic moment for India’s financial ecosystem. According to another statement, on Sunday, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, 400 employees of SBI and Senior Administration participated in the yoga session. The chairman of the bank CS Shetty has said that today’s yoga session confirms our trust in the transformational ability of yoga for personal health.
