According to the report, until the strict and quick legal action will be taken against the culprits, it is difficult to stop child labor. Also, if arrangements for education and rehabilitation of free children are not made, then they will again be caught in the vicious cycle of child labor.

Therefore, child labor rehabilitation fund is needed. Also, free and compulsory education for 18 years will also help in prevention of child labor as children who have left their studies are more likely to get caught in the swamp of child labor. The report shows that Telangana topped to free children from child labor along with raids, in the year 2024-25, Telangana topped the country to free children from child labor, where 11,063 children were rescued while Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi are located after that. 3,974 children in Bihar, 3,847 in Rajasthan, 3,804 in Uttar Pradesh and 2,588 in Delhi were freed from child labor.

JRC National Convenor Ravi Kant (JRC National Convenor Ravi Kant) said that such a large number of children used in the most gruesome forms of child labor show that despite all the efforts of the government and civil society, our national resolve to free children from child labor is still incomplete. India is a signature country of International Labor Organization, ie the signing country of the International Treaty against Child Labor in which commitment has been made to eliminate all dangerous forms of child labor.

India is making meaningful efforts in this direction, whose pleasant results have also come out. He said that this report has established the fact that legal actions create fear of law in people’s minds which act as resistance against child labor. Justice will be done to the children of the innocent forms of child labor only when the culprits are punished and there are strong security and rehabilitation arrangements for the victims. The government should work on a holistic rehabilitation policy to establish a child laborer rehabilitation funds and to make these children self -sufficient, strengthening the prosecution system.
