- Raisins – 1/4 cup
- Cashew – 1/4 cup
- Almonds – 1/4 cup
- Cardamom – 4-5 small
- Black Pepper – 4-5
- Cloves- 3-4
- Makhana- 1 cup
- Ghee – 2 tablespoons
- Flour – 500 grams
- Chinese (ground) – 400 grams
Recipe
1. To make flour ladoos, first put ghee in a pan and heat it on the gas.
2. Now add all dry fruits, cashews, raisins, butter and almonds and fry it lightly.
3. When all the ingredients are roasted, take them out in a vessel and keep them to cool.
4. Now again add cardamom, cloves and black pepper to the pan and fry it lightly.
5. When all the ingredients are cooked well, take them out in a bowl and separate them.
6. Finally fry the makhana on low flame. On the other hand, put ghee in a pan on the gas and heat it.
7. When the ghee becomes well heated, add flour and fry it on low flame.
8. When the dough is roasted well, take it out in a bowl and let it cool.
9. Now put cloves, small cardamom and makhana in a mixer and grind it well.
10. When all the ingredients are finely grinded, take them out in a vessel. – Grind almonds and cashews in a mixer as well.
11. When all the ingredients are finely grinded, then put all the ingredients in roasted flour and mix well by hand.
12. When all the ingredients are found well in the flour, apply ghee on the hands and make a round shape of flour and keep it in a plate.
