Hot podis also look good to eat. Warm powder can be eaten 4-5 times, but does not feel like eating when it cools down. At the same time, oil is filled in the pores many times and it keeps the brain upset.
If you keep them, then their oil makes them smooth. Now if you eat such a puri on a particular occasion, then it does not matter much, but you cannot eat them again and again. Eating oily things also affects health. Due to this, people have found ways to make puri in less oil. Hey leave oil, now people are putting powder in water. Yes, this trick is also becoming very viral on social media. After all this, we thought that we will share this method with you as well. This is an innovative method, which is becoming increasingly viral in recent times. I thought, why not try it. I also made oil -free pods with the help of this trick. Let us also tell you how oil free puri is made.
- Knead it just as you knead the dough. – Make small pills of powder and roll it and keep it in a plate.
- After this, put 3-4 cups of water in a vessel and heat it on medium flame. Add a pinch of salt to the water.
- When bubbles start rising in the water, add 2-3 rolled powder one by one and rotate them with scissors.
- After a minute, take out the pod and place them on a lattice tray or rack to extract excess water.
- If you have an air fryer then use it. Microwave can also be used. Heat the microwave.
- Place the powder in a plate and leave to swell in the microwave or air fryer. These flowers will be ready in 10-15 minutes.
- You can eat oil free powder with your favorite vegetable.
- Heat the water exactly as you heat the oil. Do not keep the water on low heat at all. Boiling it will make steam.
- Do not keep the powder in water for a long time. This can make them sticky or melt. They are enough to cook in steam.
- Do not keep the powder in a plate or paper after removing it. Keep it in a rack tray to extract excess water.
- You can also prepare the puri by cooking in steam and then inflating in the pan. It will not be brown like an air fryer. It will be good and tasty without coconut oil.
- Add celery and knead the dough for the puri and keep it covered. – Knead the dough again and roll out small dough.
- Heat the water in the steamer and put the powder in a plate and keep it in the steamer and steam for 2-3 minutes.
- Now heat a non-stick pan on medium high heat.
- When the griddle becomes hot, put the boiled puri in the pan and cook for 30-40 seconds from one side. When it starts boiling from one side, turn it over. – With the help of spatula, press the edges and flatten it.
- Apply light ghee on both sides and cook the puri until golden.
- Your oil-free powder is ready. – Remove it in a plate and serve with chickpeas, sour-sweet pumpkin, vessel potato vegetable and chutney
- While making the full on the non-stick pan, take care of these tips-
- It is necessary to heat the pan well before cooking the pudding. Just keep in mind that smoke does not come out of it, otherwise the powder will stick.
- If the legumes are not blooming, try to press or rotate them again and again.
