- Flour – 1 cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch

- To make white bread, it is necessary to mix the dough properly. For this, take a big mixing bowl and add wheat flour to it.
- After this, add a bowl of flour to the bowl and mix both well.
- Now add one teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt to the flour and mix.
- After this, take hot milk and knead the dough by adding it to the flour slightly. Keep in mind that the dough should be soft and smooth. If you want, you can also use water instead of milk to knead the dough.
- Once the dough is ready, cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes, so that the dough becomes well set.
- After this, mix the dough again. Now heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Meanwhile, divide the dough into equal sized balls and roll out a dough.
- Keep in mind that the rolled bread is not too thick, the bread swells easily when it is thin.
- After this, place the roti on the hot pan and fry. After a while, turn the roti and cook from the other side also.
- After this, remove the roti from the pan and keep it directly on the gas flame and cook till it cooks from both sides.
- After this, take it out in a plate. Similarly, prepare a milky white bread one by one.
