Millions of devotees joined

Millions of devotees are in Puri, Odisha for the annual Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath. During this festival, devotees draw the grand chariots of three gods – Lord Jagannath, his brother Lord Balabhadra and sister Devi Subhadra to the Gundicha temple, where the gods live for a week and then return the Jagannath temple. Around 10,000 security personnel, including eight companies of Central Armed Police Forces, have been deployed in the sea coastal pilgrimage city for the event.
