
Mumbai The Devendra Fadnavis government of Maharashtra has come on the backfoot on its own decision. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has canceled both the orders issued on 16 April and 17 June to implement the Trishag policy. It has been said on behalf of the government that a committee will be formed to reconsider this issue. Both these orders were to making Hindi mandatory in the school.

Actually, this decision of the Devendra Fadnavis government of Maharashtra was being strongly opposed. Along with Uddhav Thackeray, Raj Thackeray and Sharad Pawar also opened a front against this policy. However, now the Maharashtra government has decided to cancel it.
Please tell that Uddhav Thackeray announced a big movement on 5 July. Sharad Pawar and Raj Thackeray could also participate in this movement. Thackeray had said, “We are not against Hindi but are against the imposing power.”
