
Ingredients
Sweet Corn Grain – 2 Cups
Butter – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 T Spoon
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1/4 T Spoon
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First of all take sweet corn and remove all its grains and deposit it in a big bowl.
Now put water in a vessel and heat it. Now add corn in this water and boil it.
– When the corn becomes soft, turn off the gas and remove the grain with the help of sieve and keep it separate in a vessel.
Now put 1 teaspoon butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
When the butter melts, add boiled corn and fry it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
– When the fragrance starts from the corn seeds, turn off the gas and take out the cooked grains in a bowl.
After this, let them cool down. When the grains become cold, add red chili powder, cumin powder and chaat masala and mix well.
After this, squeeze the juice of salt and lemon as per taste and add and mix.
– After mixing well, tasty spicy corn chaat is ready. Serve it hot.
