
Samastipur The incident from Shivaji Nagar police station area of the district not only destroyed a family, but has also raised serious questions on the unprotected power wires lying in rural areas.
Chandni Kumari, wife Ramsunder Sahni, in a heartbreaking accident in Chhatauni village under Shivaji Nagar police station, died on the spot due to electrocution. The age of moonlight is said to be around 22 years.
At the time of the incident, Chandni Kumari went to collect wooden wood in a school campus in the village itself. While she was returning with the wood on her head, the wooden part touched the 11,000 voltage wire passing above. She fell on the spot due to a strong shock and died on the spot.
Chandni’s husband Ramsunder Sahni, who works in Orissa, returned home on the same day. As soon as he reached home, he came to know about this sad incident. He told that the wedding took place about two years ago and Chandni was living in her maternal home for some time, while he was living outside.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and sent the body Panchnama and sent it for Sadar Hospital postmortem.
Rosda DSP Sonam Kumari confirmed that the accident happened due to current and further action is being taken by registering a police case.
