New Delhi: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) started a special initiative with the Indian Railways last year. In which there was a plan to arrange cheap food inside the station and rail for railway passengers, especially those traveling in general coaches. Under this, ‘Janata Khana’ started for just 15 rupees. It includes 7 pudding, vegetables and pickles. Apart from this, for 20 rupees, the same food packet and 300 ml of water bottle were made available to passengers.
Now a video of Indian Railway’s 15 rupees Janata Khana is becoming quite viral on social media. So far it has seen more than eight lakh people. People are getting mixed reaction on social media. Some users are praising this initiative of Indian Railways, while some people are also raising questions on the railway about the quality of food.
Complete food for just 15 rupees
Reacting to this viral video, a user wrote on X that honestly, this food looks good at this price, there should be such a system at all the railway stations of the country. At the same time, on social media, another user wrote that the entire food for only 15 rupees should be like this. There is a small price for public food, which has great glory, ensures that no person is hungry. Congratulations to the Railways for bringing garima to the plate. At the same time, another user wrote that this is very good. I have eaten the public before, it is delicious and filling the stomach completely. However, this facility should be available on all the routes of the railway.
