After a brief break since his 2023 release, actor Sachin Cheluvarayaswamy is returning to the silver screen with Kamal Sridevi, directed by Sunil. His hiatus was a deliberate choice, as Sachin explains, “After getting married, I decided to take some time off and prioritise quality time with my family. I valued every precious moment. Now, I am back. I’m fresh and looking forward to doing more films in the coming days,” says the actor.
Emphasising a more discerning approach to his work following his first two films, Sachin shares, “We can’t rush into signing films these days; the script is the movie’s backbone,” he states. In Kamal Sridevi, he will portray a film director, a role he thoroughly enjoyed, noting, “each sequence delivers multiple messages.”
Looking ahead, Sachin is focused on impactful storytelling . He desires for audiences to be “immersed in the subject,” prioritising content-driven films over hero-centric narratives . “I want content to speak louder than any hero-driven narrative. As an actor, I aim to be part of cinematic experiences that truly help me grow with each film,” he says.
