Big news has come out for the candidates preparing to become teachers in Jharkhand. The state government will start the appointment process for 44,750 teacher posts soon. This information has been given by Jharkhand Education Minister Ramdas Soren himself. At the same time, the reinstatement process of 26 assistant teachers has also started. At present, counseling is ongoing. Apart from this, the appointment process for 10 thousand posts of teachers in tribal languages is also in its final stage.

On Thursday, while talking to journalists in Ghatsila of East Singhbhum, he talked about many issues including education. According to media reports, he said that this reinstatement of teachers will be done in the primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools of the state. Actually, for a long time, there was a huge shortage of teachers in the schools of Jharkhand, due to which the studies of the children were affected. Now the government has decided to appoint teachers on a large scale to improve this situation.

When will the process start?

Preparations are underway to finalize the process of teacher recruitment by the state government and the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC). It is expected that the recruitment notification will be issued in the next few months. Like previous teacher appointments, this time too the selection will be done through examination.

Thousands of schools in the state have been vacant for a long time for teachers. Many schools have only one or two teachers, due to which the level of education of children is affected. The Education Minister made it clear that the priority of the government is to increase the quality of education and to meet the shortage of teachers in schools. This restoration will benefit an estimated lakhs of students with better education. At the same time, thousands of educated unemployed youth will also get the opportunity of permanent government jobs.

How much salary will be given?
Government teachers get salary as per the rules of the Jharkhand government. The initial salary of the selected candidates ranges from Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400 (for PGT posts) and they also get other allowances. At the initial level, the total monthly salary of teachers in Jharkhand can be from Rs 40 thousand to Rs 60 thousand (according to the post).
