A woman has vented her fury after claiming a "selfish" neighbour installed a satellite dish right outside her window. TikTok user @Seewara_xo shared a clip on the platform showing her opening the window of her home in the Netherlands, with the dish knocking against it.
A caption on the video reads: "POV: Neighbour enters his selfish era and puts the satellite dish where you look out, not where he does." She also included a clip, apparently filmed at ground level, seemingly showing the dish directed over her garden. The clip went viral on the video-sharing app, with a whopping 1.3million views.
In a caption shared with the post, she asked, "this normal or am I overreacting?"
The video racked up more than 1,400 comments, with hundreds of users chiming on what they would do in that situation.
One person responded: "I mean if it is on your side you can literally take it down/move it."
One person voiced surprise that anyone was using the technology in the age of internet streaming, writing: "It's 2025 why a satellite??"
Another asked: "Is it really ruining your life tho what is it stopping you from doing seriously"?
A third recommended that that the woman talks to them "ask them to move it, then proceed with the rest of your life".
In response to one comment, the woman wrote: "I will inform the agency and they can decide what to do with it.
"I'm leaving the house soon anyway. If he have agreement with them good for him."
