Testicular pain can be deeply distressing—even the toughest men aren't immune to it. Often, this pain is caused by infections or inflammation in the testes. The reasons behind it can vary greatly.
Sometimes, the culprit might be a sexually transmitted infection (STI), while in other cases, it could stem from a urinary tract infection (UTI). When the pain is accompanied by swelling, many men tend to resort to over-the-counter antibiotics.
Before turning to medication, consider trying these natural remedies. If your condition doesn’t improve within 48 hours, consult a doctor right away.
Natural Remedies for Testicle Pain

# Cranberry Juice
If a urinary tract infection is causing the discomfort, cranberry juice can help. It’s also effective as a preventive remedy. Drink one glass daily for four days to ease the pain and promote healing.
# Turmeric and Buttermilk
Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Add one teaspoon of turmeric to a glass of buttermilk and stir well. Drink this three times a day if the pain is infection-related.

# Betel Leaf with Honey
Apply a small amount of honey on a betel leaf and place it on the affected area—ensure the honey-coated side touches the skin. Leave it for 3–4 hours, then wash it off. This can help reduce swelling, infection, and discomfort.
# Olive Oil Blend
Mix 9 drops of olive oil with 1 drop of nigella (kalonji) oil and 7 drops of fish oil. Apply a few drops of this mixture to the testicles every night for 4–7 days to help fight infection and reduce pain.

# Onion & Neem Paste
Combine half a teaspoon of onion juice with one tablespoon of sesame oil. Grind a few neem leaves into a paste and mix in a pinch. Add a small amount of petroleum jelly to the mixture. Apply this before bedtime for 2–3 nights to see if the pain reduces.
# Camphor Mix
Mix equal parts of egg white, honey, camphor, and glycerin. Apply this soothing mixture to the affected area. It can help relieve burning, reduce inflammation, and fight infection.
# Banana Flower Remedy
Dry a banana flower in sunlight for 1–2 days and grind it into a fine powder. Mix one teaspoon of the powder into more than a litre of water and let it sit overnight. Drink it on an empty stomach the next morning and fast for the rest of the day, consuming only milk. This traditional remedy is believed to help resolve testicular issues.
