The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the Junior Engineer (JE) Exam 2025. Along with this, the online application process has also started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply till July 21, 2025.
1340 posts will be filled under the recruitment. This recruitment is for civil, mechanical and electrical engineers. Candidates who have obtained BE/B.Tech or Engineering Diploma in the relevant subject can apply for this exam.
There are different age conditions for different departments. The maximum age for CPWD and CWC posts is 32 years, while for other posts it is 30 years. Reserved categories will get relaxation as per rules. Age will be calculated on the basis of 1st August 2025.
To apply in this recruitment exam, candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay 100 application fee. While no fee will be charged from SC, ST, Divyang and female candidates. The fee will be paid through online mode.
First of all, the candidates have to visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission ssc.gov.in. One Time Registration (OTR) is necessary before applying here. After completing OTR, the candidates should login and go to the “Apply” section.
Now click on JE Recruitment 2025 link and fill all the information sought. Then upload documents, photo and signature. If you are eligible for the fee then pay it online. Finally submit the complete form and keep a print of it for further use.
