Aamir Khan, currently busy promoting his upcoming film 'Sitaare Zameen Par', took a short break from the usual interviews and TV appearances for a fun (and fiercely competitive) game of chess with comedian and YouTuber Samay Raina. The video, shared by Samay on his social media, quickly caught attention, not just for the game itself, but for Aamir’s witty commentary throughout.

Aamir Khan and Samay Raina face off

In the clip, Aamir is seen confidently settling into the game, telling the crew to “Record karo. Maar raha hu isse. Adha ghanta khelenge hum log.” As Samay slips up with a move, Aamir grins and points it out: “Gadbad kar di tune mere dost.”

Samay, who rose to popularity for his online chess streams during the lockdown, tries to keep up, but Aamir makes it clear he’s no amateur: “Abhi itna kacha bhi nahi hun bhai.”

As the match nears its end and Aamir inches toward victory, Samay attempts to distract him with a joke — but the actor is locked in: “Sun abhi confuse nahi karna.” When the game finally ends, Aamir delivers the knockout line: “Aamir Khan se haara hai, khush hona chahiye tereko.”

Samay, unfazed, fires back with, Koi nahi sir. Kabhi kabhi Laal Singh Chaddha bhi ho jata hai.”

Before leaving, Aamir makes sure Samay uploads the video: “Tu daalega yeh, make sure that he puts it.”

About Samay Raina

Samay Raina, once widely known for his chess streams, has been lying low after his YouTube reality show India’s Got Latent ran into controversy. One particular episode, featuring fellow creators like Ranveer Allahabadia and Apoorva Mukhija, sparked backlash for its use of explicit language, prompting multiple FIRs and eventually forcing Samay to take down all the episodes.

Following the incident, his stand-up gigs in India were cancelled. He is currently performing in the UK as part of his ongoing comedy tour.
