Along with special modifications to the “temporary unpaid vacation” model (temporary layoffs), the plan includes a spending track for businesses nationwide to provide a wide safety net for companies and workers harmed by the war and the directives of the Home Front Command.

Businesses having yearly sales between 12,000 shekels (USD 3,557) and 400 million shekels (USD 118 million) would get the compensation, which will be determined by the rate of revenue cycle damage in June or May-June 2025. Medium-sized and big enterprises would get partial reimbursement of expenditures and salary payments, while small businesses will receive a set grant based on the extent of damage.
