Recipe (Makhana chaat recipe)
Heat some ghee in a pan and fry the makhans on low flame till it becomes light crisp. Then keep them aside to cool down.
Now put roasted makhana in a mixing bowl. After this, add onion, tomato, green chillies and green coriander.
