Lulu is one of the best-known singers to come from Scotland and burst into the spotlight after her 1964 cover of The Isley Brothers' song Shout peaked at number seven on the UK official charts. The star went on to enjoy a successful career in music and even went on to win the Eurovision Song Contest in joint first place in 1969.
Lulu, who represented the UK, won with the song Boom Bang-A-Bang and went on to share the top spot with France, the Netherlands and Spain. After establishing her place in the music industry, fans were eager to know more about the singer's personal life, including her love life, which he often opened up about. The 76-year-old's first high-profile marriage was with the Bee Gees icon Maurice Gibb, and they quickly tied the knot after meeting on Top of the Pops.

Despite their high profile relationship resulting in their 1969 wedding, it wasn't meant to be as their eventual divorce was finalised just four years later.
After their whirlwind marriage, they continued to remain good friends and even performed on stage together at An Audience with Lulu and sang First of May, together.
The singer was among the many famous faces to attend Maurice's funeral following his death in 2003. The star-studded guest list included Michael Jackson, Harry Wayne Casey, and his Bee Gees brother Robin Gibb.
In the late 1970s, Lulu found love again and married the legendary hairstylist John Frieda, and together they welcomed their only child, a son, Jordan Freida, 48. However, after 13 years of marriage, they called it quits and divorced in 1991.

While the Shout singer hasn't walked down the aisle for a third time, Lulu did open up her hopes of romance and admitted that it's not something she spends her life thinking about.
"My life is full of love, but it's not one on one," the vocalist said, as she clarified her happiness at being single: "Been there, done it, and now it is not a priority."
"Maybe as a kid it was, but not now. It's about the bigger sense of love," now Lulu spends most of her time focusing on wellness
"I'm very happy and I meditate every morning," she said in Woman's Weekly, adding: "Meditation is what reboots and revives me, and gives me a very clear picture of what to do when there are problems - and goodness knows, we all have problems," she concluded.
