Smiling and smiling, looking healthy and happy, India’s Gaganyatri Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla is looking out of the famous dome of the International Space Station (ISS). India’s first Gaganayatri Group Captain (Retd) Shubhanshu “Shax” arrived at the International Space Station (ISS) on 26 June and started his 14-day mission. He is with the team of Axiom Space, including Commander Paigie Whitson and Mission expert Slavose “Suve” Uznansky-Visnivski and Tibor Kapu. The team has so far contributed to scientific research, technology testing and global outreach activities on nine productive days.
No limit shows
Talking to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Group Captain Shukla shared that when we look at the space, the boundaries of India’s expansion disappear and the feeling of unity is deep. He had said, “There is no limit from space. The Earth looks united.” This statement strengthens the dedication of Indian space program and youth enthusiasm.
Serious contribution to scientific experiments
To answer the audience, Shukla has made many important experiments:
Myogenesis studies: He investigated how there is atrophy in the muscles in microscopic gravity. Its purpose is to develop measures to maintain muscle health.
Space Micro Algae Experiment: They deploy samples, which can become sources of food, oxygen or bio-fuel, for permanent life support in future space missions.
Sprouts Project: The seeds are studied how the germination of seeds is affected in space, the purpose of which to pave the way for sustainable crop production for long -term space missions.
Stem Performance: Changes in gravity
Shukla recorded the stem performance in the ISS and showed how the mixture, phase-change and gaseous actions of substances change in the absence of gravity. This experiment will strengthen the understanding of science in Indian central and high schools.
Touching the sky
On July 3-4, Group Captain Shukla interacted with about 500 students at his former school, City Montessori School in Thiruvananthapuram, Bangalore and Lucknow. ISRO has not yet released a video of this activity, but this is a big step. ISRO’s Human Space Flight Center (HSFC) aims to inspire space science in young brain and train future scientists.
Dialogue with students
ISRO said that their curiosity in space and technology through outreach programs with students is a purpose. This initiative will help the younger generation to adopt a career in the space sector and to realize the dream of developed India.
Prime Minister’s 18 -minute conversation inspiration
In the 18 -minute conversation with Shukla, Prime Minister Modi praised his feelings, especially when looking at the Earth from space, it was mentioned by India’s grandeur – from which Wing Commander Rakesh Sharma’s 1984 "Sare jahan from good" The sentence is fresh.
ISRO’s next challenges
Group Captain Shukla’s mission is not only a continuous conduct of scientific tests, but it is also a strong aspect to introduce India’s space science globally. Its long -term influence will strengthen Indian stem education and inspire youth to space exploration and scientific career.
